Sheets

The basis of Fuzzlecheck are the horizontal strips which analogue to the manual sorting of the shooting schedule contains all the data for a sheet available on a given day. The sheets are arranged underneath one another in the main view and may be easily moved using the mouse. Day Breaks and comments may be added and moved in the same way. The colour of the bars depend on the mood in which the relevant sheet is shot (exterior/day is for example yellow, though you may set your own colour preferences).

Actors, extras, props...

All actors, sets, extras and so on are managed using lists. If a set is unavailable on a given day, it will appear in red in the schedule (see the set ‘Agency’ above right). This means you may instantly spot whether a planned change in the shooting schedule is at all possible. In the picture you can also see an arrangement which appears as a tab above the main column. Using the arrangement you may manage different sequences of the schedule. This allows you to sort many different versions of the schedule.

The Inspector

By clicking the inspector icon (the small ‚i’) you may open the inspector window, which offers you an overview of the highlighted sheet. Here you may change all settings for the sheet, as well as add or delete elements. By using the inspector you may also manage additional settings for day break dividers and comments.

By clicking on the large graphics above the main column you may access category management. Here you may add new roles, as well as delete, sort, move, summarize or print elements. Category management also offers the possibility of specifying availabilities and agent’s details for each element.

Print & export

In the print window you may create numerous printout versions: shooting schedule, list of bars, sheet extracts, index cards, daily schedules, list of settings etc. The printouts may also be printed either as PDF or RTF. In certain print-outs, its is possible to export the data into the system clipboard, in order to edit them in other programs.

If you would like to use the program, you may simply acquire the access code for your computer. A new installation will not be necessary – simply entering the access code will be enough.
